TIELLE® LITE HYDROPOLYMER ADHESIVE FOAM
IELLE® Lite Hydropolymer Adhesive Dressing is an adhesive hydropolymer foam dressing with LiquaLock® Advanced Absorption Technology for low/non exuding and bleeding wounds.
How does it work
Security
The stretchable and flexible adhesive border of TIELLE® Lite:
- Allows optimal mobility
- May contribute to longer wear time especially when applied to joints
- Is more stretchable than Mepilex Border Lite in vitro
Comfort
The perforated non-adherent wound contact layer:
- Does not adhere to the wound bed even in the presence of blood and/or low levels of exudate
- Is less adherent to sutures than Mepilex Border Lite in vitro, which minimises disruption and pulling on the suture line
Flexibility
The unique adhesive allows:
- Repositioning as needed on initial application
- Dressing flexibility to conform to difficult to dress areas
Indications
TIELLE® Lite can be used in partial thickness wounds, low to non-exuding and
bleeding wounds, such as surgical and traumatic wounds.
It is also indicated for the following wound types:
- Superficial pressure ulcers
- Epithelialising leg ulcers (e.g. venous, arterial and mixed)
- Diabetic ulcers
- Donor sites
